Miranda Cosgrove Celebrates Her Sweet 16
Miranda Cosgrove may have a hit show on Nickelodeon and a host of tween stars as pals, but that didn't stop the iCarly star from getting jitters before her 16th birthday bash in Hollywood Saturday night.

"I was a little nervous coming in," Cosgrove told PEOPLE of her party at Siren Studios, whose A-list tween guests included Suite Life on Deck stars Dylan and Cole Sprouse, True Jackson's Keke Palmer, and her! costars Nathan Kress and Jeanette McCurdy.

In the end, she had nothing to worry about. "It's just so much fun," she said. "I couldn't be any happier."

Cosgrove, who is now old enough to get her driver's license but hasn't found the time just yet, said she's currently negotiating with her parents about what kind of car she'll soon be driving. "My mom wants me to get a Prius," she says. "I think [Volkswagen] Bugs are super cute and you can get them in different colors, but my mom thinks they're dorky, so she won't let me get one."

Another negotiation currently underway? The Los Angeles native's college aspirations. "I'm getting excited about maybe going to another state for college. I want to go to NYU and branch out, be somewhere else for a while," she says. "My parents want me to go to USC!"

With all major decisions were on the backburner for the evening, Cosgrove was able to relax and enjoy her birthday – complete ! with a cupcake tower from Crumbs, a surprise performance from ! "Love So ng" singer Sara Bareilles, and an enviable gift from Nickelodeon: a customized acoustic Gibson guitar.

The gift was especially apt given Cosgrove's next big milestone – releasing her first album this summer. "I've been working on it for a year and a half," she says. "I'm really excited."
